Power Cuts As Gili Trawangan is a small island, occasional power cuts can happen. They are usually resolved quickly, and we appreciate your patience should one occur. Tropical Island Environment Villa Coco is located on the tropical island of Gili Trawangan, where sharing the surroundings with local wildlife is part of the experience. Although we carry out regular pest control, you may occasionally see insects, geckos, or other small tropical creatures. Island Life Island life comes with its own natural sounds and activities. We are unable to control or accept responsibility for noise from neighboring properties, construction, religious ceremonies, local events, animals, or other external sources beyond the villa. Luggage Storage We are happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out whenever possible. Please arrange this with our staff in advance, as it is subject to availability. Respecting the Neighborhood While Villa Coco offers complete privacy, it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with nearby villas. We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level. Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Exceeding the maximum number of guests stated in your reservation may result in additional charges or, in serious cases, termination of your stay.
